These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "user") of the nk999 platform ("Platform") and the entity operating nk999 ("we", "us"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review the latest Terms regularly.
These Terms apply only to individuals aged 21 or older.
Account Eligibility & Registration
To create an account and use services at nk999, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must register with your real, accurate, and complete information.
- Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility.
- You may not create an account in another person's name or identity.
Identity Verification
nk999 may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, or other information. Certain account functions may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on nk999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The following payment methods are accepted:
- bKash — Mobile Banking
- Nagad — Mobile Banking
- Rocket — Mobile Banking
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by nk999. Your account verification must be complete before withdrawing. nk999 may hold a withdrawal and request further information in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited. Such activity will be treated as a direct violation of anti-money laundering policy.
Bonuses & Promotions
nk999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. These offers are subject to their own individual terms, but some general rules are noted below:
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳25,000 in wagers before winnings earned from that bonus become withdrawable.
General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be used once — the same bonus does not apply more than once for the same account, device, IP address, or payment method.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- nk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
- If misuse of any bonus benefit is proven, the associated account may be closed.
Betting & Gaming Rules
Sports betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming services are available on nk999. The following rules apply when using these services:
- A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error occurs in the system.
- If a betting opportunity is made available after the outcome of an event is already known, that bet will be considered void.
- If unusual betting patterns or misuse of insider information are detected, the bet may be voided and the account suspended.
- Any bet placed by exploiting a system error or incorrect odds will be considered void.
- Placing bets using multiple accounts or syndicate betting is strictly prohibited.
Technical Issues
If a game or bet is interrupted due to server, network, or software issues, nk999 will make a reasonable decision based on the circumstances. In cases involving a third-party software provider, that provider's rules will apply.
VIP Program & Cashback
The nk999 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users at each tier receive weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver — Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold — Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
Tier advancement is based on your active participation and consistency of use. Attempting to misuse VIP benefits or gain advantages through multiple accounts will result in all benefits being cancelled.
Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
nk999 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:
- Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems, software, or algorithms.
- Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Conducting money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity against other users.
- Operating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
- Unauthorized use of platform content or intellectual property.
All winnings and balances obtained through prohibited activities will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Responsible Gaming Policy
